Le 11 mars 2021 à 8h du matin Alexande Ibacka Dzabana, âgé de 77 ans, a éte kidnappé devant son domicile situé au J06.V.OCH dans Moungali 3 par trois hommes en civil sans mandat d'arrêt ni convocation préalable.
Depuis une semaine, ni son avocat ni ses proches bien que localisé dès le même jeudi, n' ont pu le rencontrer.
Il est incarceré à la Centrale d'Intelligence et de documentation. Les motifs de la détention sont toujours inconnus.
C 'est une situation indignante où aucun des droits humains n'a éte respecté.
Ses droits les plus élementaires sont jusque maintenant bafoués dès lors qui'il a été kidnappé, qui'il n'est pas en musure de rencontrer son avocat et que le motif de son incarceration n'a pas été annoncé. Il est primordial, que les droits garantis par une démocratie comme se vante le gouvernement congolais de l'être, soient appliqués au Dr Alex.andre Ibacka Dzabana
Ce dernier a été un des organisateurs de la manifestation qui devait se tenir le 6 mars 2021, réclamant un dialogue national inclusif et la libération des prisonnier.e.s politiques. Manifestation qui a été interdite par le gouvernement.
Le Dr Alexande Ibacka Dzabana est un membre actif de la société civile et a pour seul objectif de lutter pour le respect de la Constution et garantir les droits humains pour tou.te.s les citoyen.ne.s en général et pendant la période électorale en particulier.
Nous exigeons la libération immédiate du Dr Alexandre Ibacka Dzabana qui n'a aucune raison d' être incarceré et pour cela nous avons besoin du plus grand soutien possible pour faire vaincre les lois de la justice que tout démocratie honore et se doit d'appliquer à tou.te.s ses concitoyen.ne.s.

For the immediate release of Dr. Alexandre Ibacka Dzabana imprisoned in Brazzaville
- Kidnapped from his home by men in civilian clothes without an arrest warrant and without any judicial summons.
- Rights violated as he does not have the right to see a lawyer, neither can his relatives visit him.
On March 11th, 2021 at 8 a.m. Dr. Alexandre Ibacka Dzabana, 77 years old, was kidnapped in front of his home located at J06.V.OCH in Moungali 3 by three men in civilian clothes without an arrest warrant or prior summons.
For a week, neither his lawyer nor his relatives have been able to meet him, even though they were able to locate him the same day.
He is imprisoned at the Central Intelligence and Documentation Center.
The motives behind his detention are still unknown.
It is an indignant situation where none of his human rights have been respected.
His most basic rights have so far been denied to him since the moment he has been kidnapped, in addition to the facts that he is still not allowed to meet his lawyer, and that the reason for his imprisonment has not been announced yet.
It is essential that the rights guaranteed by a democracy, that the Congolese State claims to be, need to be applied to Dr. Alexandre Ibacka Dzabana.
The latter was one of the organizers of the demonstration held on March 6th, 2021 calling for an inclusive national dialogue, and the release of political prisoners. A demonstration that was banned by the government.
Dr. Alexandre Ibacka Dzabana is an active member of the Congolese civil society. His sole objective is to fight for the respect of the Constitution and to guarantee human rights for all citizens in general, and during the period of elections in particular.
We demand the immediate release of Dr. Alexandre Ibacka Dzabana who is imprisoned for no valid reason. For that, we need the greatest possible support to bring him justice and enforce the rule of law that any democracy has to honor with regards to all its citizens, without any discrimination.
