Representation Matters!

Emily Andras & her incredible team of writers, cast members & crew have spent 4 seasons spinning an incredible tale about a broken young woman who has responsibilities she never asked for... along with her sister, her cowboy(friend?) & her best friend. There is no other show on earth where fantasy demons coexist so easily with real-life ones. It talks about things like friendship, love and how to stay strong through life's challenges. It tackles LGBTQ+ issues (most notably giving us special moments for queer characters that would be denied in any other show for being "too much"). The characters this show portrays seem real because they have real problems and struggles. It's not always about demons. It recognizes mental health as something that should be talked about. The characters aren't defined by their mistakes, gender, sexuality, race or otherwise. They are both super & everyday heroes, doing the very best they can with the cards they are sometimes literally delt.

This is all done in a way that stretches you from crying to doubling over in laughter in under 30 seconds.

The people involved with the production of this show have done an amazing job making these people relatable on such a level that the fans (Earpers) can identify with them. They really do care about the story they are telling and they also acknowledge that there are responsibilities to portraying certain things. We've already fought once for them & they fought alongside us. We will do it again if we must. Season 4 was earned with blood, sweat & tears. I know every Earper out there would rather taste test Wynonna's bacon & anchovy chilli then see this show not get the time it deserves on our screens.

In short... it's a shit show. But it's our shit show and we want it back for Season 5.

We will never get off this bus.
