For 20 years, Caltrans has known about the unsafe crossing at El Campo Road and Highway 101. Its time for our community to join together and petition Caltrans, the County of San Luis Obispo, and the City of Arroyo Grande to create a safe interchange at this vital intersection which not only acts as a primary access to Highway 101 North and South for area residents, but also a primary evacuation route in the event of an emergency
