Sehat Sahulat Program is a milestone towards social welfare reforms; ensuring that the identified under-privileged citizens across the country get access to their entitled medical health care in a swift and dignified manner without any financial obligations. The SSP program’s objective is to improve access of the poor population to good quality medical services, through a micro health insurance scheme initiated by Prime Minister of Pakistan. 

Unfortunately mental health fitness and treatment is stigmatized in this as its clearly written that except mental health (psychiatry/psychological) treatments and drug addiction all treatments will be provided.

Due to price hike the cost of medicines are almost trippled, family of someone without sanity have great cries as they can not afford it. Furthermore depressive conditions lead to suicide if not properly mananged.  Hence everyone is requested to think for a moment and accept in society regarding the human beings who are having a psychiatry disorder and we request the PM of Pakistan that just like cancer treatment and curable stages mental health can be cured and treated upon. 

Kindly grant space for mental health patients in the plan especially for those who require life life long treatments including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Intellectual Disability etc.
