We the people of New York State are petitioning to have Governor Andrew Cuomo removed from office.

Due to multiple reasons. Sexual Harassment on Employees. Not being Honest about Nursing Home deaths and the passing the “New Bail Law” which, releases convicted criminals that should be serving life sentences back into general population.

We need to protect our state, citizens and our firsts responders.

Sexual Harassment is against the New York State Labor and Criminal laws. 

Not being Honest about Covid-19 Deaths is Against the New York Health and Safty act of New York State.

Governor Cuomo has shown multiple time that he is not for the people. He needs to be removed from office immediately.

The new laws prohibit judges from imposing cash bail on defendants accused of misdemeanor offenses and nonviolent felonies. Instead, these defendants must be released on their own recognizance and instructed to return to court. Bail will remain an option for defendants accused of violent crimes.  
Cuomo is putting the good peoples lives at Risk.
