Eli and Amber Adler were married in a religious ceremony  on or about  March 15, 2012. They later married civilly on or about October 10, 2013 in a civil ceremony in Ontario, Canada. They have two children who were both born in New York in 2012 and in 2014. When both parties separated, Eli Adler moved to Canada and Amber Adler stayed in New York. Amber traveled a few times back and forth with the children to let Eli see them. She then spontaneously decided to stop after her final visit in 2016. She then asked Eli Adler for a "Get," a Jewish divorce. While Eli searched for the proper Beis Din (Jewish Court) to fulfill this request, Amber began to claim that she was an "Aguna" (Jewish woman chained to the marriage). This serious claim was never substantiated by any Rabbi or Beis Din, nor was any "siruv" (official rabbinic document) issued against Eli. To the contrary, Eli decided to use the Beis Din of America as the venue to give his get and settle all matters of the divorce. It should be noted that Amber Adler till this day claims that she was an Aguna, using the new Aguna movement presumably for her political ambitions. In the arbitration discussions via the Beis Din of America it was recommended by the organization  "Tikunim Counseling Services"  that Amber Adler be awarded sole custody of the two children. Furthermore they recommended that Eli be awarded phone contact and limited supervised visitation. They also stated that Eli be allowed to speak with his children every day on the video platform skype or facetime and also be allowed to do homework with the children. They also stated that Eli should be awarded visitation for two weeks out of the year and that Amber Adler should take the two kids to Canada for this purpose, while Eli should pay for the travel. It should be noted that this investigator was chosen by both Eli and Amber Adler and was approved by Rabbi Weisman of the Beis Din of America. However, once this determination was made by the expert investigator, Amber Adler made new allegations regarding Eli's mental health. She wanted Eli to have a psychological evaluation. She claimed that Eli had a mental health condition. It should be noted however that we have seen this 73 page arbitration case and nowhere in it does it list any specific mental health diagnoses or suspected diagnoses. Furthermore there is no specific evidence to corroborate  this allegation. There are no witnesses that were brought. There were no police reports filed to show some sort of a mental health issue. To the contrary, Meyer Shifrin ( Tikun Counseling Services) who was the investigator that conducted an assessment of Eli Adler gave his recommendations which we stated above. Amber Adler has not followed these recommendations and neither has Rabbi Weisman. Amber has not allowed the children to speak with Eli on the phone. She has not followed the recommendation to bring the children to Canada for two weeks every year to see their father. Amber has been asked by numerous people why she chosen to not let the children even speak with their father. Initially her response was that "you don't understand." "Eli has mental issues." When pressed on the matter, she does not specify or provide any evidence of this claim. When pressed further she has blocked people on social media. She has even taken steps to claim that people have physically attacked her. Again, no evidence. Since the brief visit to Canada in 2016, that was the very last time that Eli saw his children. As of the publication of this petition, Rabbi Weisman has ignored all emails regarding this case. The author of this petition has spent over a year looking into this case and researching every detail. The author has published this petition after reviewing all 73 pages of the arbitration agreement. Until there is any evidence to explain the position of Amber Adler, we conclude that Amber Adler is a a predator of Parental Alienation. Parental Alienation is a serious form of child abuse. We are calling on Amber Adler to let the two children begin the rehabilitation process of letting Eli into the lives of the children.   

It should further be noted that we have advised Eli to petition to the Family Court of Kings County as arbitration cannot legally decide any custody case. Eli suffered a heart attack recently because of the stress of this case. We hope that it will get resolved soon and that Amber Adler will make the right decision soon.
