We, the undersigned citizens of the city of Sarov, bring to your attention the repeated and ugly actions on the part of the chief physician of the Clinical Hospital No. 50 of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia Sergey Borisovich Okov, as well as part of the administrative and managerial personnel, specifically the deputy chief of the medical unit No. 1 Vlasova Olga Pavlovna, as well as Deputy Chief Physician, Design Bureau No. 50, FMBA of Russia Chistyakov Andrei Yuryevich.

These persons let medicine of Sarov to their own devices, and do not carry out any control over the activities of the hospital. Drug treatment in hospitals is very scarce, old drugs are used, no additional necessary studies are performed, and you have to constantly contact the higher supervisory authorities.
