The Issue

German I Turkish I French I Japanese

Right now, more than 3 MILLION Uyghur Muslims are put in concentration camps in Xinjiang, China. The government has been targeting Muslims through a campaign of torture, surveillance, no rights to practice their religion and brainwashing these Muslims to disown their religion to become "normal citizens". A genocide happening right now!

Men are taken to concentration camps, children are send to orphanages and women are forcefully being married with other Chinese men. In the concentration camps they are forced to eat pork, drink alcohol, and denounce themselves as Muslims. Leaked documents show that detainees are forced to take pills and get injections, they are the human subject of medical experiments, organ harvesting and sterilization procedures. They must memorize propoganda songs and confess invented sins. 10-30% of the Uyghur Muslims are put in concentration camps.

However those who are living outside the concentration camps are also in extremely bad conditions. Outside the camps a spyware app must be installed on their phone, so the government can monitor their activity. Muslim women cannot wear the hijab (scarf) unless they are over the age of 45. They are not allowed to speak any foreign language, there is no halal food, pork and alcohol MUST be in every household. Facial recognition can capture who is passing by a mosque and punish them for doing so.

This has been going on since the spring of 2017, with a U.S. commission calling it "the largest mass incarceration of a minority population in the world today." NO ONE deserves to be persecuted due to their religious beliefs. Raise awareness by sharing this petition to stand up for the Uyghur Muslims in China of this immoral and inhumane persecution!

I am Nawid, a muslim and student from The Netherlands. The stories I came across on social media about the Uyghur crisis moved me. As a human being with basic human rights I felt it was my duty to do something, so I used my meme page as a platform to raise awareness about this issue and created this petition.

My name is Mischa and I grew up as a Jew in Germany, where I believed for a long time that the promise “Never Again” is at least roughly valid and a premise for most people. Then I found out about the situation in Xinjiang and understood that we, as those who know and who have benefited, are not guilty, but share responsibility. In order to live up to the promise of “Never Again”, I started the “Never Again Right Now” campaign and co-started this petition.

The petition was signed by more than 1.5 million people from all around the globe. It proves that the power is still with the people and we can change the situation. But there is still so much left to do. Join us by signing this petition and using your voice against injustice: Change.org/Uyghurs

Human rights doesn’t end when it goes beyond your country’s borders. Everyone deserves to be free, regardless of where they are. Never again means never again, free these people from genocide! 🫐🤍

Companies like Shein and Temu are taking advantage of the fact that most people cannot afford high end brands. This means that the working class had come to depend on fast fashion companies, which abuse and enslave Uyghur Muslims.

Never again is never again. The fact that the world is based off of one's suffering will forever be disgusting, these people have hopes and dreams as well, they are humans. Set them free.
