Petition in Opposition to 2019-ZON-036 (121 acres fronting on Kentucky Ave and Camby Village Blvd, with an address of 8900 W. Mooresville Rd)

I am a resident of Decatur Township and I am opposed to the rezoning of 121 acres so that warehouses can be built.  Decatur Township desperately needs basic retail services and move-up homes.  These parcels are currently zoned for retail/office/R&D/multi-family and the Comprehensive Plan calls for Suburban Neighborhood.  We already have ample industrial uses.  Allowing industrial uses south of Kentucky Avenue will irreparably harm our community and its future.
