Audlem has been dutifully served by our post people for nearly 19 years, especially during the past year its never been more important that we've all stayed connected (by the postal system).

We are extremely upset to learn that our posties future is in jeopardy due to a result of a restructure that Audlem has not been part of before. We feel the action being taken does not have the communities or posties best interest at heart and is purely a penny pinching exercise.

Many of our residents sole lifeline is that friendly face everyday, a beacon of hope and familiarity during the horrors of the last year and the still very uncertain future.

The village seems unanimous in its view that it'd be a true loss the village the lose Chris, Ant and Sam
