Why this petition matters

Started by Lee Animal Lover

Please sign our petition to save Kilmarnock Animal Rescue, which is a charity that has been saving sick and abandoned animals in the Surrey area. It gives refuge to those who have been neglected and gives them the chance to recover and be rehomed. It is well known for its good work in the equestrian world, and the first call from local people and authorities when animals are in need.

Due to the effect of COVID many similar charities have been forced to close, and leaves this most needed organisation who dedicate their service 24 hours a day, to the sometimes heart-breaking cases, but through hard work and determination help bring new life and forever homes for these poor animals who would have no where else to go.

Kilmarnock is situated in Norwood Hill and seeks a 5-7 temporary year planning permission to provide removable stables and storage buildings to house the animals and feed until hopefully a permanent site can be found. This has been refused by Mole Valley Planning Dept.

Please sign this petition to help save this wonderful hard-working charity, that is truly respected by many in our community and desperately needed by the animals who find themselves lost, wounded, and unloved
