This particular petition is against companies using "Wrongful marketing techniques" to lure innocent/Interested consumers but not delivering fully what is promised. Results of such events/campaigns are neither made public nor are they overseen by any Government Authority making a lot of room for Manipulative/Shady/Fraudulent activities to fool people and waste their Time and/or Money and/or Efforts.

This petition is to force "Judicial System" to take action against such agency/person/marketer which directly/indirect exercises/promotes/supports such activities. 

Some of such events are well known to public/young masses as "promo coupons" "Flash Sales" "Anniversary Sales" "Clearance Sales" or any other related world used to draw Online traffic to a particular webpage/website/online Event and/or Offline public visit to a location/venue/event to Win that event/sale/product/service and/or any other promised good/service,

THE RESULTS OF WHICH (with CLEAR MENTION OF WINNER/S WITH VALID IDENTITY DETAILS) ARE NEVER MADE PUBLIC AND/OR ARE NEVER TESTIFIED.

This Write Up has been done without any legal assistance and is purely based on personal experience, But the Intent may be clear to everyone out there who, I am sure, must have fallen victim of such trap once in a life. Request you all to sign up this petition!
