Petition for a PSPO (Public Space Protection Order) to be implemented in South Chingford
Petition for a PSPO (Public Space Protection Order) to be implemented in South Chingford
Why this petition matters
A number of residents have written to both Larkswood and Valley Councillors highlighting incidents of public indecency and drinking alcohol in the street which have made the public feel unsafe in areas which were designed for residents to enjoy the open spaces in South Chingford. Whilst the Council has been monitoring activities we feel urgent action needs to be taken to protect our open spaces of anti-social behaviour.
The undersigned call upon Waltham Forest Council to implement a PSPO (Public Space Protect Order) from Chingford Mount Cemetery to the end of Memorial Park which covers both sides of Old Church Road and Chingford Road within the boundary of these locations. This area is to include Albert Crescent.
