Headphone jack has been the staple of Samsung smartphones / basic touch phones almost a decade ago. When your company went to the Android world with Galaxy S / Galaxy Note, they feature a headphone jack which is standard. Since then, they have been used by many Samsung smartphones around the world for many years and almost all had not complained about it. We Samsung ex-users / existing users / new users are worried that the removal means many of your loyal fans would start leaving to other rivals that keeps the headphone jack. Also, we are worried of the inconvenience who many of us has existing wired headphones. We do not wish for an abomination like this on upcoming models Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S11. We do hope you are listening to our worries and do reconsider about ditching the headphone jack.
