In the wake of the COVID19 national crisis, Disney closed its parks to all, while continuing to charge passholders for a month. One successful petition to stop that injustice saw many signatures and Disney eventually released two payment plans that either suspend payments or extend the passholder plan.

Now Disney has thrown another slight at their "valued" passholders. When people sign up for an annual pass, they receive the perks of being able to visit the parks at their leisure and the ability to "hop" from park to park doing our favorite parts of multiples parks in one day. Disney has suspended those privileges indefinitely via a reservation system and the direct suspension of park-to-park hopping. This is not what we paid for, and Disney needs to make this right.

I propose one of three solutions to keep passholders loyal:

1. Reduce the current cost of all annual passes to reflect the new fair market value of annual passes

2. Continue to suspend and forfeit payments for the duration that these privileges are suspended.

3. Extend our annual passes by the length of time that these privileges are suspended.

Also, in fairness to those who want a refund, Disney should not only refund the annual pass payments but any unamortized portion of the down-payments that Disney has collected.
