West Chester Borough Residents are opposed to the Mayor's State of Emergency Declaration and demand that Borough Council NOT approve it.  

Mayor Dianne Herrin issued an order that limits the number of guests that private citizens can have in their own home. The order calls for $300 fines for every person who is found in violation of the order, in addition to $300 fines for every person found not wearing a mask in town if they are less than 6 feet from others.
