We're all familiar with the Tiger King docuseries and Joe Exotic and Carol Baskin. 

If Donald Trump is considering pardoning Joe Exotic of his crimes he should definitely sign the Big Cat Safety Act. 

One of the major things that hasn't been memed to death about the series is the fact that nothing is changing for the big cats in these "sanctuaries".

If the Tiger King docuseries were to make any change in the world it should be to prevent private ownership of animals that don't belong in a domesticated environment.

I don't think I need to repeat all the facts mentioned in the series on proper care of big cats. 

I just want to point out memes do nothing to change the situation. 

Even with all the other big pressing political issues. I think we should ask our lawmakers to go ahead and pass this. 

It's not like I'm asking you to give up your guns. Guns don't kill people after all but when a 400 pound flesh eating tiger breaks out his cage he has the chances of killing someone. It's not because he's mentally disabled or deranged or not getting enough attention, it's because he's following his natural survival instinct. 

If the Big Cat Safety Act has a chance of getting signed, it is now while Tiger King is in the limelight. When all this is over it could easily be lost in litigation and bureacracy. This is the time to make a change and ask that Donald Trump considers signing The Big Cat Safety Act before pardoning Joe Exotic of his crimes, and I think Joe Exotic would agree if he actually cared about ending the vicious cycle of cat breeding.
