4 years ago I built up the courage to leave my abuser with my 5 month old baby.  I thought that I would be free, I thought the UK was fair and just, I thought wrong. Since that day the system failed us in the court for abuse, the system has failed us in the family court and the system continues to fail us by way of the floored CMS,

My abuser now uses the family court as his playground for abuse, I have had to attend family court 18 times.  The continued abuse has resulted in me being formally diagnosed with PTSD so I have to use solicitors and barristers.  I have now had to sell my house to pay for all the legal fees.  

Everything I have worked for has been taken by my abuser.  All the while he happily evades child support through the CMS loophole.  I gathered over a years worth of evidence to show that he turned over an excess of £200,000 in 2016//2017 and has now been a director of a successful facebook marketing tool since May 2018 which he has admitted in court.  Still he evades child support, the CMS will not take any income into consideration that has not been declared to HMRC and HMRC tell me they are overwhelmed with reports just like mine.  

The current law prevents me from taking any civil action against my abuser for this continued financial abuse and abusers continue to abuse because no action is taken against them.

This needs to change, the law needs to change, help me petition to make child support avoidance a criminal offence, stop these abusers destroying our lives and the lives of our children.
