Your signature on this petition demands the Moore County NC Board of Commissioners, in session beginning on 18 February 2020, adopt the resolutions making Moore County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.

Anti-Second Amendment forces, most recently in Virginia, and now targeting North Carolina, will use any means at their disposal, from legislation to information warfare, to judicial assaults to nullify every American's right  to own and bear arms for personal, family, property and national defense, "against all enemies foreign and domestic".  Infringing on or nullifying the Second Amendment of the US Constitution is their immediate objective, with the nullification of the remaining Bill of Rights as their ultimate end state.  

The citizens of Moore County North Carolina will expend every means necessary to defeat this assault on God's law and our human rights.  Moore County North Carolina enjoys a strong tradition of lawful gun ownership, and will not be forced to abandon the right to own and bear arms in its defense.  Not an inch of our rights will be forfeit to Second Amendment forces.
