Regarding  AB 672:  Planning and re-zoning laws affecting Golf Courses in California. 

 I live in West Los Angeles and play LA City Courses daily. Bill AB 672 is incredibly scary. It assumes protected land where the golf courses reside is useless and wasted and / or a burden on the city or taxpayers. 

Every City course is absolutely PACKED. Most people can't even find a tee time 9 days in advance. The fees from our golf courses provide HUGE amounts of revenue to pay for ... not only the State and City Parks and public areas, but also help to minimize taxes on Every California Resident ! The fact that only a small percentage of the land that is targeted in Bill AB 672 would actually benefit the state's homeless problem ( the majority of the proposed re-zoning and land theft would benefit developers for profit ) ... this is honestly so anti-democraric, that everybody I know finds this proposal to be preposterous. 

This land belongs to future generations. It's our home and one of the best parts about our magical State. That's why it is has been preserved and protected by forward thinking politicians, environmentalists and California residents for decades.

Please make sure you stop bill AB 672 in its tracks. And play a round of golf. It will be the best part of your week.
