As we survive the pandemic and continue to fight for equal rights and justice for all, please allow me this one selfish ask: to reunite Morrissey and Johnny Marr at the Cruel World Music Fest in Pasadena, CA May 14, 2022. Millions of Smiths fans have longed for this to occur since the band separated in the late 80s. Morrissey is the headliner at the fest. Johnny has a very successful solo career.

We've read the headlines...we get it. But this is for your fans - those people who put you where you are. Swallow your pride and do it for us.

It's just one day. The two can agree on their favorite song and just play the one. We would be eternally grateful. Without getting greedy, can we hope for a proper Smiths reunion with bassist Andy Rourke and drummer Mike Joyce?
