This is a petition to disbar Flathead County Attorney Travis Ahner for dereliction of duty.  Mr. Anher does not prosecute criminals to the fullest extent of the law. Drug dealers and drug addicts get more time than child abusers if any jail time at all, mostly probation. Child abusers are giving 3 to10 years when the child gets a LIFE sentence. Travis Ahner does not charge murder suspects as long as they are high on meth and they do not remember. Criminals plea bargain for lesser time only to commit crimes again and again. 

Since taking office; Flathead County has turned into a SAFE HAVEN for all for the drug addicts, child abusers and the criminals.

Travis Ahner is not for the public, he does not serve and protect this community.

Schivaun Crothers should have been charge with accessory to murder and James Quien was charged then the charges dismissed. 

Amy Newman and Crystal Mears received minimal time for the child abuse of locking children in a basement. Crystal Mears is being released in November after only 3 years. The children have a LIFE SENTENCE!

These are ONLY 2 examples of his dereliction of duty.

Travis Ahner is a disgrace to Flathead County Attorney's office and to the Flathead County.
