Too many matches lost, too many humiliations, too many postponed leaves. What Mr Raul Snehelli and the board need to realize is that these extentions, extentions that have been going on longer than Brexit, have crossed a line. We, the Arsenal Fans can not continue with this, and we the fans want Unai Emery to be out as soon as possible. A club is built on its fans, and when all the fans unanimously take a decision, the club needs to respect that and carry out these decisions. The current position of the board is that Emery will be reassessed after our clash with West Ham - a clash that most Arsenal fans dread to face. Even if we win, so what? Our sights should be set on the bigger clubs, on the top 4, but now we are racing the likes of Wolves, Tottenham, Man U and Sheffield United for a qualification in next year's Europa Cup. Looking at Arsenal at the golden year as compared to Arsenal now, a lot has changed. Just winning against West Ham can't prove Emery's worth in our club. Even the commentators highlight the fact that Emery's management leaves us defenceless mid game, when we should be at our strongest.

The time has come for the Board of Arsenal to make a choice - go down the what we can call "Norwich City" way, where the team is aiming not to get relegated, or get a better Manager, like Jurgen Klopp, who has single handedly built the best football club in the world.

We the Arsenal fans want change.
