UMIDIGI is a "smartphone manufacturing based company", as they describe theirselves.

Actually, this company keeps producing cheap smartphones that promise a lot, but give nothing.
Their support almost never releases firmware updates, and when they do they make things worse, instead of correcting problems. Other than that, writing on their forum doesn't solve anything, as the only thing they say (when they answer) is to flash the phone firmware with a clean ROM provided by themselves.
The problem is that issues don't get solved that way neither!

There are a lot of people having update issues, camera issues, camera totally not working, battery issues, and yet they keep releasing new models instead of taking care of old customers. You can go to their forum and see with your eyes.

Let's stop this theft! We ask for a refund, as they sold us faulty phones and they don't care about fixing them! And if we won't be able to get a refund, we want them to stop releasing new smartphones and cheat on other customers.
