We’re told we are in a war against Covid-19 and the NHS are our front line troops. In wars, the nation awards medals to those brave enough to risk their lives for the greater good.

This petition will propose that the government should strike a new medal (if no suitable peacetime medal exists)  to honour the dedication and bravery of each member of staff of the NHS on behalf if the nation.
