መግለጺ ግዱሳት ኤርትራውያን ኣብ ጉዳይ ምትእትታው ኤርትራ ኣብ ኲናት ሕድሕድ ኢትዮጵያ

ኣስማትና ኣብ ታሕቲ ተዘርዚሩ ዘሎ ኤርትራውያን ዜጋታት፡ ኣብቲ ብ4 ሕዳር 2020 ዝጀመረ ኲናት ሕድሕድ ኢትዮጵያ፣ ፈደራላዊ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያን መሻርኽቱን ኣብ ልዕሊ ሰለማዊ ህዝቢ ትግራይ ዘውርድዎ ንዘለዉ ፍኑው ቅትለት፡ ምክልባት፡ ስደት፡ ዓጸቦን ስነ-ኣእምራዊ በሰላን ኣትሪርና ንዅንን፣ የኸትሎ ብዘሎ ኣዕናዊ ሳዕቤናት ከኣ ኣዚና ንጕሂን።

ብትእዛዝ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስ ኣፈወርቂን መሻርኽቱን ጥራይ፡ ኣብዚ ኲናት ሕድሕድ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ሰራዊት ኤርትራ ኣትዩ ኣሎ። ኣንጻር'ቲ ብኤርትራውያን ወተደሃደራት፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ ህዝቢ ትግራይን ኤርትራውያን ስደተኛታትን ንቕትለት፡ ራስያ፡ ጾታዊ ዓመጽ፡ ምብራስ ቅርስታትን ምጕስቛልን ዝዕድም ኵነት ንጹር መርገጺ ንኽንወስድ መሰረታዊ ሰብኣዊን ዜጋዊን ሓላፍነት ኣሎና። ኣብ ውሽጢ ዓዲ ዝርከብ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ድምጹ ከስምዓሉ ኣብ ዘይክእል ኵነት ብምህላዉ፡ ንነብሲናን ተዓቢሱ ንዘሎ ህዝቢናን ወኪልና፤

• ነዚ ብውልቃዊ ቂም ተደፋፊኡ፡ ብመገዲ ዝተስገደዱ ወተሃደራት ኣቢሉ፡ ሞትን መብረስቲን ዘስዕብ ዘሎ መሪሕነት ኢሳይያስ ኣፈወርቂን ጕጅለኡን ኣትሪርና ንዅንን።

• ዕላማ ፕረዚደንት ኢሳይያስን መሻርኽቱን፡ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ምስ መዳውብቱ ህዝቢ ትግራይ ንወለዶታት ዝሰጋገር ጸልኢ ንምትካል ምዃኑ ተገንዚብና፣ ንጽልኢ ብፍቕሪ ጥራይ ክንስዕሮ ስለ እንኽእል፡ ምስ ኩሉ ምረቱ፡ ፍቕርናን ኣኽብሮትናን ንሓው ህዝቢ ትግራይ ንገልጽ።

• ብዛዕባ መንነት ናይቶም ግፍዒ ፈጺሞም ዝበሃሉ ኤርትራውያን ወገናት ክብተን ንዝጀመረ፡ ተንኮልን ምምቕቓልን ዝጣቋኡ ኣናቛቲ ሓበሬታታት ብትሪ ንነጽጎን ንዅንኖን። እቶም ንጥፍኣት ዝተሓርዩ ወተሃደራት ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ኤርትራ (ብሄሮም ብዘየገድስ) ንርእሶም ግዳይ’ቲ ዓማጺ ስርዓት ኰይኖም፡ ቀንዲ ተሓተትቲ ናይቲ ኣብ ልዕሊኦምን ብመገዶምን ዝወርድ ዘሎ በደላት ላዕለዎት ኣዘዝቶምን ስርዓት ኣስመራን ኢዮም።

• ብዙሓት መንግስታት ዓለም ንለበዳ ቫይረስ ኮሮና ንምግታእ እናተቓለሱ፡ ብኣንጻሩ ግን መሪሕነት ኢሳይያስ ኣፈወርቂ፡ ዜጋታት ኣብ ኲናት ብምእታው፡ ኣብ ርእሲ’ቲ ብጥይት ዝቝለብ ዘሎ መንእሰይ፡ ንተደራቢ ህልቂት ለበዳ ባይታ ፈጢሩ ኣሎ። እቲ ግርንቢጥነቱ ድማ ኣብ ኤርትራ ካብ ሚያዝያ 2020 ኣትሒዙ ዝተረረ ዕጽዋ ኣዚዙ ምህላዉ’ዩ። ነዚ ኣዝዩ ዘይሓላፍነታዊ፡ ኣምሰሉነትን ንዜጋታትካ ንለበዳ ምቅላዕን ኣትሪርና ንዅንን።

• ሰራዊት ኤርትራ ብቕልጥፉን ብዘይ ቅድመ-ኵነትን ካብ ትግራይ፣ ከምኡ’ውን ሰራዊት ኢትዮጵያ ካብ መሬት ኤርትራ ክወጽእ ንጽውዕ። ማሕበረሰብ ዓለም፡ ኣህጉራውያንን ዞባውያንን ውድባት ድማ፡ ንመሪሕነት ፈደራላዊ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያን ጉጅለ ኢሳይያስ ኣፈወርቂን ኲናት ደው ንኸብሉ ጸቕጢ ክገብሩ ንምሕጸን።

• ነቲ ብሰንኪ ቅልውላው ኲናት ዝሰዓበ ጥሜትን፡ ብሕጽረት መሰረታዊ ቀረባትን ዝሳቐ ዘሎ ህዝቢ ትግራይን፡ ኣብ ትግራይ ዝርከቡ ኤርትራውያን ስደተኛታትን፡ ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ ክረኽቡ ፈደራላዊ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ፍቓድ ክህብ መታን፡ ማሕበረሰብ ዓለም ጸቕጢ ክገብር ንምሕጸን።

• ኣብ ትግራይ ዝግበር ዘሎ ግፍዒ ምስ ገበናት ኲናት፡ ገበናት ኣንጻር ሰብኣውነት ከምኡ’ውን ንሓያሎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዝፈረማሎም ኣህጉራውያን ውዕላት ዝጥሕስ ስለ ዝዀነ፡ ማሕበረሰብ ዓለም፡ ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት፡ ባይቶ ጸጥታ ውዱብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት፡ ኣፍሪቃዊ ሕብረት፡ ኤውሮጳዊ ሕብረት፡ ምምሕዳር ፕረሲደንት ጆ ባይደንን ካልኦት መሻርኽቲ ሃገራትን፡ ኣብቲ ኲናት ዝካየደሉ ዘሎ ክልል ትግራይ፡ ናጻን ዘይሻራዊን ኣካል መዚዙ ክምርምሮን፡ ንፈጸምቲ በደል ናብ ዝግበኦም ፍርዳዊ መስርሕ ክመርሕን ንጽውዕ።

بيان الإريتريين المعنيين بشأن الحرب الأهلية في إثيوبيا

نحن، المواطنون الإريتريون الموقعون أدناه، نُعرب عن حزننا حيال الحرب الأهلية الإثيوبية التي بدأت بتاريخ 4 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2020، وندين بأشد العبارات الممكنة عمليات القتل الوحشية والتشريد والتجويع والمحنة التي تعرض لها السكان المدنيين في تيغراي على يد الحكومة الفيدرالية الإثيوبية وشركاؤها.

إنَّ الجيش الإريتري شارك في هذه الحرب بصورةٍ فاعلة بناءً على أوامر من الرئيس أسياس أفورقي والدائرة المقرّبة منه.
 والحالةُ تلك، فإنَّ واجبنا المدني والإنساني يقتضي منّا أن نتخذ موقفًا حازمًا ضد دور الجيش الإريتري في تعريض شعب تيغراي واللاجئين الإريتريين في تيغراي لظروف أدت إلى القتل والنهب والعنف الجنسي وتدمير المواقع التراثية والإزاحة. وبما أنَّ الإريتريين داخل البلاد لا يستطيعون التعبير علانية عن مخاوفهم ومعارضتهم لهذا السلوك، فإننا أصالة عن أنفسنا ونيابةً عن الشعب الذي تم كبته وإسكاته، نقول ما يلي:

•        نعبّر عن إدانتنا الشديدة لما قام به الرئيس أسياس أفورقي ودائرته المقرّبة، لإجبار الشباب الإريتري على التسبب في الموت والدمار لغرض وحيد هو الانتقام الشخصي.

•        نلاحظ إنَّ الرئيس أسياس وشركاؤه يعملون على نثر بذور الكراهية والعداء العابر للأجيال بين الإريتريين وجيرانهم في تيغراي. لا يمكننا التغلب على انتشار بذور مثل هذه الكراهية إلا بالحب. وبالتالي، نعرب عن احترامنا وتضامننا مع شعب التيغراي.

•        نرفض وندين بشكل قاطع الخطاب التحريضي والخبيث والمثير للانقسام حول الفظائع التي يُزعم أن جماعات إريترية محددة ترتكبها. إن جنود قوات الدفاع الإريترية (بغض النظر عن أصولهم العرقية) الذين تم اختيارهم ليكونوا ضحية لهذه الكارثة هم أنفسهم ضحايا للنظام القمعي، ويتحمل قادتهم والنظام في أسمرة المسؤولية الأساسية عن الانتهاكات التي يخوضونها ويتسببون فيها.

•           في الوقت الذي تعمل فيه معظم الحكومات بصورة جادة لمكافحة انتشار فيروس كوفيد-19، فإنَّ الرئيسَ أسياس أفورقي أوجد بيئة فاقمت ازدياد الوفيات على نطاق واسع، بإرساله الجنود الإرتريين إلى مناطق انتشار الفيروس وإزهاق ارواحهم في المعارك. من هنا، ندين بشدة النفاق المتمثل في ازدواجية معايير السلطة التي تقوم بتطبيق إجراءات إغلاق صارمة منذ نيسان/أبريل 2020، في نفس الوقت الذي تقوم فيه بإرسال المواطنين إلى ساحات الوَغَى.

•        نحثُّ إلى الانسحاب الفوري وغير المشروط الجيش الإريتري من إقليم التغراي والقوات الإثيوبية من الأراضي الإريترية.  كما ندعو المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية الضغط على الحكومة الفيدرالية الإثيوبية والرئيس أسياس وشركائه لإنهاء الحرب.

•        نناشد المجتمع الدولي للضغط على الحكومة الفيدرالية الإثيوبية للسماح بوصول المساعدات الإنسانية لسكان تيغراي، وللاجئين الإريتريين في المنطقة، الذين هم في أمس الحاجة إليها بسبب الجوع الناجم عن الحرب ونقص الضروريات الأساسية الأخرى.

•        لأن الفظائع التي ترتكب في إقليم التيغراي ترقى إلى مستوى جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، وتنتهك عديد المعاهدات والاتفاقيات التي سبق وأن وقعتها إريتريا وإثيوبيا، ندعو الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأفريقي والاتحاد الأوروبي وإدارة الرئيس جو بايدن والدول الأخرى الشريكة، إلى تعيين هيئة محايدة لتتولى التحقيق في تلك القضايا وتقديم الجناة إلى العدالة.

Statement of Concerned Eritreans Regarding the Civil War in Ethiopia 

We, the undersigned Eritrean citizens, express our grief over the Ethiopian civil war that started on Nov. 4th  and condemn in the strongest possible terms the wanton killings, displacement, famine and distress that the Ethiopian Federal Government and its partners have since inflicted upon the civilian population of Tigray. 

The Eritrean military is actively involved in the war on orders of President Isaias Afwerki and his close circle. We have a duty as citizens and as human beings to take a firm stand against the role of the Eritrean military in subjecting the people of Tigray and Eritrean refugees in Tigray to conditions that led to killings, pillaging, sexual violence, destruction of heritage sites and displacement. Because Eritreans inside the country are unable to openly voice their concerns, we, on our own behalf and on behalf of our people who are muffled and silenced:  

·       Strongly condemn President Isaias Afwerki and his close circle for coercing young Eritreans into causing death and destruction for the sole purpose of exacting personal vengeance.  

·       Note that President Isaias and his associates aim to sow generational feud and hatred between Eritreans and their Tigrayan neighbors. We can only overcome such seeds of hatred with love, compassion and remorse, and hence we express our respect for and solidarity with the people of Tigray.  

·       Unequivocally reject and condemn the inflammatory, malicious, and divisive rhetoric surrounding the atrocities that specific Eritrean groups are purportedly committing. Soldiers of the Eritrean Defense Forces (irrespective of their ethnic roots) who have been designated to waste in this debacle are themselves victims of the repressive regime, and their commanders and the regime in Asmara bear primary responsibility for the violations that they endure and that they inflict.  

·       Strongly condemn the hypocrisy of enforcing the strictest lockdown since April 2020 while sending citizens to battle.  While most governments are working hard to combat the spread of COVID-19, President Isaias Afwerki has created a conducive environment for large-scale deaths by exposing Eritrean soldiers to mass-spread of the virus and battlefield deaths. 

·       Call for the immediate and unconditional withdrawals of the Eritrean military from Tigray and Ethiopian forces from Eritrean territories. We urge the world community and international and regional organizations to pressure the Ethiopian federal government and President Isaias and his associates to end the war. 

·       Call upon the international community to pressure the Ethiopian federal government to grant humanitarian access to Tigrayans and Eritrean refugees in the region, who are in dire need due to war-caused hunger and shortage of other basic necessities.

·       Call upon the United Nations, U.N. Security Council, the African Union, the European Union, President Joe Biden’s administration and other partner countries to appoint an impartial body to investigate and bring the perpetrators to justice.  The atrocities that are being committed in Tigray amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity and violate many international treaties and conventions that Eritrea and Ethiopia have signed.
