Recent passage of bill by the Tibetan Parliament in Exile (TPiE) for the removal of Chief Justice and Justice Commissioners of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission was uncalled for and could have been prevented. 

The action of TPiE was a clear indication of 'Revenge' than sorting of problem with the interpretation of law and who holds the authority to do so. 

If the TPiE was concern about the interpretation, then they could have passed an amendment to avoid repeat of such incidents in future. The law clearly states that the final say in the interpretation of law rest with Supreme Justice Commission. Therefore, it is not fair and morally wrong to relieve three important figures of third pillar of democracy and also to let them know that citizens are watching you.
