The Black Canadian Coaches Association (BCCA) is committed to working alongside allied individuals, organizations, and our governing sports bodies in Canada to eradicate anti-black racism and racial inequities in postsecondary athletics (USports, CCAA). 

Proceeds collected will secure a strategy consulting firm at the intersection between social change and diversity & inclusion. We will conduct a comprehensive study on the needs and concerns of former and current BIPOC coaches and student-athletes at the college and university level to create The Canadian Charter for Racial Equity in Postsecondary Athletics.
