Sad news for the AvatarTheLastAirbender fandom.

In 2018, we found out that Netflix will be making a live action adaptation of the series which we were all skeptical about due to the abomination from 2010 which is not worth mentioning. However, we had some hope in the news from Netflix in 2018 because Bryke (original series creators) was gonna be involved in the project and Netflix publicly made a promise to support Bryke's vision and give them the freedom to create something the fandom would've loved and cherished.

Unfortunately, after 2 years of development work, Bryke has left the project because Netflix did not follow-through on their promise. They risk making the same mistake Nickelodeon made in 2010 by not having Bryke involved in this project. There is absolutely no hope for this project without Bryke's involvement and we know this from past experiences.

This is tragic news for a fandom that deserves a good live action adaptation of the masterpiece that is Avatar and instead of letting Netflix ruin this for us, they should do the right thing and bring Bryke back and keep the promise they made 2 years ago or cancel the project all together.

Don't let Netflix make 2020 worse than it already is!
