3 Black Lives Matters protesters were illegally detained by Police in Toronto on July 18, 2020.

They were:

- Held Without Charges
- Held Without the ability to speak to a lawyer
- Taken to a secret location before being transferred to 52 Division

The community is rightfully fearful for the safety of their members, and want the police to release them immediately.

This petition is asking Mayor John Tory and the Superintendent of 52 Division to find a solution that gets these 3 three innocent people out of jail ASAP.
