محمد نوریزاد تنها نیست و تنها نخواهد ماند...

بیش از یک سال و نیم است که دکتر محمد نوریزاد بدلیل امضای بیانیه موسوم به بیانیه ۱۴ نفر که درخواست استعفای علی خامنه ای، رهبر دیکتاتور ایران را دارند، در زندان رژیم جمهوری اسلامی ایران به سر می برد.

در پی بروز شرایط وخیم جسمانی و همچنین علیرغم صدور گواهی پزشکی قانونی مبنی بر عدم تحمل حبس برای ایشان، متاسفانه محمد نوری زاد به طرز کاملا عامدانه ای همچنان در زندان بسر میبرد. تداوم بیهوشی ها و عدم هوشیاری ایشان در زندان برای وی بسیار خطرناک است و شرایط نگهداری ایشان در زندان و عدم رسیدگی مقامات و پزشکان زندان به این زندانی سیاسی، روز بروز ایشان را در خطر مرگ قرار میدهند.

بنا بر گفته های خانم فاطمه ملکی، همسر دکتر محمد نوریزاد، اینبار رژیم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در پی خلق جنایتی دیگر، آزادی محمد نوریزاد را به پس از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری ۱۴۰۰ در ایران موکول کرده است. مشروط بر آنکه ایشان در خصوص انتخابات فرمایشی ریاست جمهوری در ایران کاملا سکوت کرده و اظهار نظری ننماید. به همین سبب مقامات رژیم، به مدت ۶ ماه است که تمامی دسترسی های محمد نوری زاد به بیرون از زندان را قطع کرده اند.

خانم باچله و آقای رحمان باید اطلاع داشته باشید که دادخواست ها مسیر دادخواهی خود را از دادگاهها و قوه قضائیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران جدا نموده اند و قدم در راه اعتراضات مدنی گذاشته‌ و دست یاری بسوی مجامع بین المللی دراز کرده اند تا جامعه جهانی با تحت فشار قرار دادن رژیم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مانع بروز جنایات ضد بشری دیگری در ایران شوند.

 

از آنجا که مسئولیت هر گونه آسیب جسمی و روحی دکتر محمد نوری زاد و تمام زندانیان سیاسی که تنها به جرم آزادیخواهی در زندانهای رژیم گرفتارند، مستقیما متوجه حاکمیت جمهوری اسلامی، دستگاه قضایی و بویژه شخص علی خامنه ای است، لذا امضا کنندگان این پتیشن مصرانه خواهان آزادی سریع و بدون قید و شرط محمد نوری زاد از زندان هستند. سکوت سازمان های حقوق بشری کمک به نقض حقوق بشر در ایران است.

Dr. Mohammad Nourizad has been in the prison of the Islamic Republic of Iran for more than a year and a half because of the signing of a statement called the statement of 14 people who demand the resignation of Ali Khamenei, the dictatorial leader of Iran.

Following the occurrence of serious physical conditions and also despite the issuance of a forensic medical certificate stating that they did not tolerate imprisonment, unfortunately, Mohammad Nourizad is still in prison quite intentionally. The continuation of anesthesia and his lack of consciousness in prison is very dangerous for him and the conditions of his detention in prison and the lack of care by the prison authorities and doctors for this political prisoner, day by day, he is increasingly at risk of death.

According to Ms. Fatemeh Maleki, the wife of Dr. Mohammad Nourizad, this time, the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran seeks to create another crime, the release of Mohammad Nourizad was postponed until after the 2021 presidential election in Iran. Provided that he is completely silent about the presidential election in Iran. For this reason, regime officials have cut off all access to Mohammad Nourizad outside the prison for the past six months.

Mrs. Bachelet and Mr. Rehman should be informed, that the petitions have separated their litigation path from the courts and judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran and they have taken the path of civil protests and litigation by the international community in order for the international community to prevent other crimes against humanity in Iran by putting pressure on the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Because the responsibility for any physical and mental harm of Mohammad Nourizad and all political prisoners who are detained only in the prisons of the regime for seeking freedom, It is directly concerned with the rule of the Islamic Republic, the judiciary, and especially with Ali Khamenei himself, therefore, the signatories of this petition insist on the immediate and unconditional release of Mohammad Nourizad from prison. The silence of human rights organizations is helping to violate human rights in Iran.
