We want to produce justice for Jonathan "Stonecutter" Jefferson  and the citizens of Shreveport including people around the America instead of his family begging for justice as the Caddo Parish Law Enforcement and Law Enforcement has ignored time and time by creatively justifying deadly force for their police involved killings. We will spearhead new policy and new acts in the name Jonathan “Stonecutter” Jefferson to Caddo Parish City Council and Caddo Parish Mayor for these entities to adopt our concept of an alternative of deadly forces and join us in saving the lives of their citizens. We demand "Natural Law" that only God can take a life! The problem we want to solve is police brutality, the use of deadly force and police involved killings among Caddo Parish Law Enforcement Agency and among all of 15,328 general-purpose Law Enforcement agencies throughout these United States. In addition to that we want to eradicate the 21 feet rule that Caddo Parish Law Enforcement used to justify the killing of Jonathan “Stonecutter” Jefferson and replace with our research of an alternative to deadly forces and police involved killings our concept of temporary paralyzing projectile to lessen the threat by saving many of lives on impact.

It's simple what needs to happen is to decreasing the amount of police brutality, deadly force and the actual or perceived police involved killings. We needs to create justice in our communities especially for Jonathan "Stonecutter" Jefferson as we  change the narrative while we support the promotion of  research and the development of Humanity2020 Group concept of an safer alternative for police brutality's, deadly force and police involved killings by signing this petition this would make sure that the people have an safer researched alternative to deadly force with a stronger voice which would result in more sustainable policy change that would save lives by utilizing our life-saving concept and our alternative to deadly force from the failed Caddo Parish Law Enforcement Agency and beyond. We as the victims family members and as the people can make the ultimate change in police brutality,  the use of deadly force and police involved killings.

I want to make it very clear what is possible if we win we will provide a safe and secure alternative to the deadly force by police.
