Recently there has been more homeless people living on the hill. They have become increasingly more aggressive. There has been violent incidents occur which has now become a public safety concern for students around the hill area where students live.

Some examples: 

1. One tried to steal an ambulance 

2. One broke into a girls house and was sniffing their underwear 

3. One broke into a friends house 

4. One was chasing people around the hill with a sharp stick visibly intoxicated on some kind of drug 

5.  two were fighting in front of my apartment at 8:30 in the morning 

6. One tried sexually assaulting a girl in front of SAE
