Why this petition matters

Started by Angel Allen

A group of friends made an associate information page and made the domain open and public. Meaning the password was out for grabs by any body wanting to join the info page on instagram. One of the friends admitting to making the page and accepted full responsibility for her actions. Although, they fired all of her friends and they threatened an elderly woman’s insurance for following the page made. The creator of the page has never been “coached” before And had a good reputation with the store and this person was immediately terminated and was treated horribly during the termination being called a liar and a faker for her head injuries she received and her severe headaches following the head injury that happened at work. She was told by management that if she made a claim it would effect everyone’s my share and the persons kind heart stopped her from making a claim. The person takes full responsibility for the page and the abuse done and she was the creator and didn’t stop it. But their is evidence that she did try to limit who had access and was posted by deleting post etc. She accepted her termination. Although she is young (19) she took a big step and took responsibility as she discovered that if she did not more that 20 associates would’ve been fired. As for the her friends (2 associates) did admit and complied with the investigation but where terminated. Although the creator accepted full responsibility the E-Commerce manager retaliated against the other 2. The manager was not supposed to be involved due to prior investigations and ethics reports made with one of the associates that was wrongly terminated. The treatment these associates faced during termination was nothing other than unprofessional. Being called names such as liar, dumb and stupid. During the interrogation the E-Commerce manager threatened One of the two associates with homelessness and inability to pay for college. As an E-Commerce manager and an Asset protection manager with 20+ years of experience a more professional approach should have been taken. An Assistant manager sat in on one of the 3 interrogations and she could tell the associate was distressed and about to vomit. As the Asset protection manager just told the girl to hold her vomit in the assistant manager gave the girl a trash can to vomit in and tried to comfort her. Signing this petition would be a great help to the cause. All of the associates wouldn’t mind returning back to work and understand the level of severity to the situation at hand. Although they didn’t want any trouble and are apologetic for the actions done following the Instagram page. With that being said justice needs to be served for the unprofessionalism displayed by people who where sworn to have integrity and professionalism. Thank you.
