Face masks are more effective preventing expulsion of viruses from infected individuals than inhalation of viruses by healthy individuals. As this virus is already in the community in Malaysia and it is impossible to identify all the infected and the carriers, it is easy to identify who is and who isn't wearing face mask. A requirement to wear face masks in public is easy to enforce by the authority and the government should immediately make this a necessary requirement.
