Recently a petition surfaced demanding for removal of all BLM content in Hudsonville High school and the surrounding area. Not only is this movement to help bring awareness of violent racial inequality, it also recognizes and support the black and brown students who makes up about 10% of the Pro-dominantly white high school. A high school which has had a racist past and which still lingers today. This petition is to allow the little voices of black and brown students to be heard in a sea of hidden racial injustice, that saturates the Hudsonville area.
