You have to stop quarantine in NY, CA, IL, NJ, etc. It causes irreversible damage to economy. Sick people should stay home. Healthy should be able to work. Government must not intrude into private life of citizens like this. Otherwise economy will collapse and hunger riots will kill much more citizens than virus.
