It is time the profession of manual osteopathy be included to the TELUS Health eClaims like other health professions in Canada. 

Allied health professions such as chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage therapy use TELUS Health eClaims system for direct billing Canadian extended health plan insurers. The eClaims has helped save over 20,000 trees!

Osteopathy is not yet part of the eClaims system. TELUS Health informed College of Registered Manual Osteopaths (Canada) that if the majority (70%) of Canadian extended health plan insurers agree with direct billing access to manual osteopaths, the profession of manual osteopathy will be added to TELUS Health eClaims. We wish to encourage insurers to accept direct billing from manual osteopaths. 

As an indigenous Peoples organization, the nonprofit College of Registered Manual Osteopaths (Canada) is deeply committed to help the environment. We believe Canadian insurers also care deeply about the environment and would support activities that save trees.
