This year the gaming community lost an important voice: Desmond Amofah or as many knew him as Etika. He was an important figure in online gaming, especially in the Smash community. During its 5 year run The Game Awards has never had an In Memoriam segment and it is needed. Etika is not the only one who’s left us this year, there are countless people who have passed away that it would be too long to list. 

So please Geoff, can you include a tribute to Etika? Or even better an in memoriam or a tribute to those who passed away this year?
