Communication and response to feedback during beta and after release has showed that the classic team is completely out of touch with the community. This is supported furthermore by the subsequent patches after release, where non-essential issues are prioritized.

There has been no statement from Blizzard acknowledging something is awry - except of course our unrealistic expectations.

There is only one way to make a project commit to change, when time and time again the people responsible lack in delivering what they promise, fail to address the community's concerns, and continually demonstrate poor judgement. That way is of course to let the responsible people go, and hand over the entire project to someone with the experience, dedication and skill to lead it.
