We, the undersigned, are appalled at the treatment and summary dismissal of our Bakerloo Line colleague Ezra Christian.

Ezra has been treated very harshly and does not deserve to be sacked.

We call on London Underground to do the right thing in this case and Reinstate Ezra back into London Underground Employment immediately.

Ezra was involved in a SPAD incident where there was a miscommunication with the Bakerloo signaller in where Ezra reported the incident and fully cooperated with the investigation.

This incident should have been resolved through the FAIR process like how the Signaller was and dealt with, at worse a case conference and not a company CDI on a gross misconduct charge.

At no time did Ezra try and cover up the incident.

Ezra fully cooperated throughout the investigation process and accepted his mistakes during the incident.

He is a friendly, hardworking and dependable person who has a young family to support and deserves a chance.
