So I'm Jade and I run J&R rescues , a sanctuary for horses.
I've been a horse carer for 12 years and now care for horses surrendered by owners.
At this moment in time I have 14 under my care after Storm Ciara.
The two that came to my attention 4 weeks ago are doing well.
There are 12 at risk.

Hi my name is ellie
I'm a tb 20 year old mare
I came to this wonderful place 5 weeks ago really DULL didn't have any energy all I did was stand in my stall looking sad.
I'm very thin yes I'm 20 but hardly  any feed or no feed where i came from.
*my TEETH also hurt me and dont let me eat as much as i need.
I was very protective over my hay or feed with anyone that came in my stall but now  i know this is none stop.
this wonderful place i have hay all the time i never go without.
soon as i see her walk in the yard gate i call her to make sure she hears me for my feed. she feeds me 2/3times a day my worm counts came back at 400 red worm .
She has made me feel so much better I love going  out and seeing all the different  horses she has./ I've made some nice friends now /.
But now me and my sister are doing so well and we are happy this person now wants us back please dont let us go back there.
Our new human is fighting for us and the other 8 she has. 
we need to help them feel the love me and my sister are they deserve to be happy the same as us now.
there are pictures on here off the others and my self when I came to this wonderful  place I hope I'm here to stay I'm 20 years old and I want to have a happy ending.

Please any advice you can offer this human person please  message her or any help you can give her to help towards us would  be so helpful.
we are not cobs we need more care and love we are not the only horses here who need help she helps a few horses who need her.
Hopefully we can stay here for the rest of our lives now ♥️

We Also need help towards  fencing to make a sick quarantine area  for any new ones till they see a vet and get the all clear then we can all play together.
Shelters/stables to keep us warm in the rain cold weathers please help us stay here we deserve to be loved now and enjoy life
