In my struggles with setting up and using a Facebook account, I've had accounts shutdown for no reason multiple times, and literally zero assistance from staff.

Their customer service system is a JOKE, and while it could be argued that as a private business they have as much right to provide whatever kind of customer services they want as we do to use it, Facebook is an exceptional "town square" business that people rely on for a wide range of personal and commercial reasons.

So much of Facebook's customer service is managed by algorithms and clearly overworked outsourced labor that the entire system makes consistently illogical decisions regularly.

In my neverending search for a real way to contact Facebook human beings, I have seen thousands upon thousands of similar complaints from other Facebook users, and requests for a better system to be created which allows reasonable decisions to be made and doesn't arbitrarily block thousands of users from their legitimate accounts.

I understand that managing billions of people effectively must be a tall order, but for a company that generated $6.88 billion in the first 3 months of 2018 in profit, surely some of that enormous revenue can be used to look after the users that helped you generate it.

Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg, please take this petition more serious than you have the thousands of public complaints about similar issues on your community message boards, and revamp your customer services system to prevent people being arbitrarily locked out of accounts that actually fall within your our guidelines.
