In 2014 Francis Benali ran between every Premier League ground in the country, running for 21 consecutive days to raise money for Cancer research UK. 

Not content with that he then went on to run and cycle to every Premier League and Championship club covering an incredible 1400 miles in just 2 weeks, running a marathon then cycling at least 75 miles every day. This challenge raised around half a million pounds.

Always one to push himself, Francis was not content with this and set a goal to raise the magic £1million, so set out on his Iron Fran Challenge. To complete 7 iron man triathlons in 7 days. I have watched Franny's progress and am in total awe of this man and his achievements.  He deserves to be recognised by the powers that be of this country for his amazing fund raising efforts.

NB: I do not know Franny personally, I'm just a fan of Southampton FC that appreciates the super human efforts of this man.
