House Family Vineyards is currently under review for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) which will determine whether it can continue to be open to the public.

Your signature on this petition tells the Saratoga City Planning Commission and Saratoga City Council that you support HFV's application for a CUP, and that you think House Family Vineyards is an asset to the community that should be open to everyone in Saratoga. Without a CUP, we cannot open to the public, and Saratoga risks losing a valued community facility and one of its few remaining family-run agricultural treasures.

House Family Vineyards (HFV) is a family-run vineyard and winery founded by Dave House in 1998. It is located on property that is home to 13 family members, representing 4 generations. HFV grows grapes, makes wine, and sells wine, along with offering public wine tastings and private wine tastings and events.
