أيها اللبنانيون المغتربون والمقيمون، 

إن الجامعة للبنانية الثقافية في العالم، كمؤسسة غير حكومية عابرة القارات مسجَّلة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية التابعة للأمم المتحدة، قد أخذت على عاتقها ملاحقة موضوع مكافحة الفساد واسترجاع الأموال اللبنانية المنهوبة والمهرَّبة.

لذلك، فأن الجامعة تطلب أن تكون هذه المحكمة اللبنانية بإشراف الأمم المتحدة، لمراقبة عملها، وفقاً لبنود المعاهدة التي وقَّعت عليها ١٨٦ دولة كما لبنان بتاريخ ٢٢ نيسان ٢٠٠٩، والتي تلزم منظمة مكافحة الفساد الدولية بمساعدة لبنان لإستعادة الاموال المنهوبة والمهرَّبة.

فلأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، نطلب منكم أيها الثائرون على الفساد، توقيع هذه العريضة للضغط على الحكومة اللبنانية لتوقيع الطلب الرسمي، الذي بموجبه تستطيع منظمة الأمم المتحدة التدخل، وهذا نصّه:

"إن الدولة اللبنانية ترجو من جنابكم الكريم تدخلكم للاشراف على تحقيق العدالة وإعادة الاموال المنهوبة، وذلك وفقاً لإتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمحاربة الفساد واستعادة الأموال المنهوبة الموَّقعة بتاريخ  ٢٢ نيسان  ٢٠٠٩ "

Lebanese expatriates and residents,

The World Lebanese Cultural Union, as a Trans Global non-governmental organization accredited with the United Nations, has taken it upon itself to pursue the issue of anti-corruption and the recovery of looted and smuggled Lebanese funds.

Therefore, the Union requests that this Lebanese court be supervised by the United Nations, to monitor its work, in accordance with the terms of the treaty signed by 186 countries, as well as Lebanon on 22 April 2009, which commits the “United Nations Convention against Corruption” to assist Lebanon in recovering looted and smuggled funds.

In order to achieve this goal, we ask you, the revolutionaries against corruption, to sign this petition to pressure the Lebanese government to sign an official request, under which the United Nations can intervene, which reads:

"The Lebanese state urges you to intervene and supervise the achievement of justice and the return of looted funds, in accordance with the United Nations Convention against Corruption - UNODC, signed on April 22, 2009."

La Unión Libanesa Cultural Mundial ‘ULCM’, organización transglobal acreditada ante las Naciones, ha tomado la iniciativa de “Lucha contra la Corrupción y por la Recuperación de los Activos Libaneses Robados y Contrabandeados”.

Por consiguiente, la Unión Libanesa Cultural Mundial solicita al gobierno libanés en mando la creación de una corte libanesa independiente respaldada por StAR (Recuperación de activos robados, por sus siglas en inglés) y la Oficina de Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito - UNODC, de acuerdo al tratado firmado por 186 países el 22 de Abril de 2009, con el fin de asistir al Líbano en contra de la corrupción y a favor de la recuperación de bienes.

A fin de garantizar el cumplimento de este objetivo, solicitamos a todos quienes apoyan la revuelta contra la corrupción que firmen esta petición a fin de presionar al gobierno libanés a firmar la siguiente solicitud oficial que permitiría la intervención de la StAR y UNODC:

“El Gobierno Libanés solicita su intervención para vigilar el proceso judicial de recuperación de activos en acuerdo con la Convención de las Naciones Unidas contra la Corrupción y la Recuperación de Bienes Robados y Saqueados, con fecha de 22 de Abril de 2009”.

Expatriados y residentes libaneses. El futuro de Líbano está en sus manos. Se parte de esta lucha contra la corrupción y la recuperación de activos firmando esta petición.
