We, the undersigned, hereby call for Ken Hinkley to be removed as coach of the Port Adelaide Football Club, effective immediately.

His decision to drop Scott Lycett, one of the most in-form players in the competition, two weeks ago was nothing short of idiotic. That he has hitherto refused to bring him back into the team is simply indefensible. This decision has ruined a good many people’s SuperCoach seasons. Port Adelaide fans, too, seem to be unimpressed with his coaching performance.

A coach who makes these sorts of blunders should not be coaching. Even the Cash Cow would do a better job than this.

It is time to give somebody else a go.
