Why this petition matters

Started by Collin McLeroy

I am writing this Petition, requesting as a Share Holder in AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. That The Board Of Director’s call an Emergency Shareholder Meeting. It is clear that the numbers that we have been receiving from multiple outlets as well as Brokers pertaining to Short Interest, Shares Outstanding, and Free Float are different from each other.

1.) We as Shareholders Request AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. Board Of Directors hold an Emergency Meeting to Recall all loaned out Stocks in order to Vote The Shares. (Fintel) as well as many others  Mislead Investors from 1-25-2021 to present day 2021 on Short Interest numbers Consecutively day in and day out as well as other Stock Market Websites. We want to know the true short interest on AMC.

2.) We as Shareholders request AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. Board Of Directors Recount all Outstanding Shares, So we as Investors can see the Accurate Un Manipulated Numbers. Using Statistical analysis formulas we have shown with 95% Confidence and less than 1% Margin of Error that there are more Shares of AMC on the market then what should actually exist.

3.)We as Shareholders request AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. Board of Directors Recount Free Float Shares. We are seeing different numbers of Free Float Shares Being reported by different Brokers and Stock Market Websites.

4.) We as shareholders ask you Adam Aron to do everything in your power to end the manipulation of AMC.

RECALL THE SHARES, AND EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION.

By Signing this Petition you Certify and Confirm that you are Shareholder Of Record in AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. as of 8-10-2021.
