Why this petition matters

Every year hundreds of millions of Soy Sauce Sushi Fish end up in landfill and in our ocean. And that's not cool.

Let's work together and ban these single-use soy sauce sushi fish forever.

Did you know...

  • These bits of plastic can take up to 500 years to breakdown.
  • About 8 million tonnes of plastic each year ends up in the world’s oceans.
  • Soy Sauce fishes only contain 4ML so, if you got a 1L bottle of Soy Sauce you could save 250 plastic sushi fish from going into our environment.
  • Kikkoman is the biggest supplier of these soy sauce sushi fish
  • By 2050, the oceans could have more plastic than it has real live fish.
