Why this petition matters

Started by Jeff Marshall

Parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center is virtually non-existent these days. Vehicles are forced to park miles away at businesses and on side streets in neighborhoods with risks of being towed or vandalized. The trade show and convention industry in Las Vegas is consistently growing, which has given opportunity for expansion, and with these expansions, parking should be a priority. It is not fair to the workers that provide the labor to set up these amazing shows and it is not fair to the attendees that invest in the Las Vegas economy to have to risk property damage and/or towing expenses, along with walking miles to reach their destination. Providing a fair and comprehensive parking solution needs to be a key element with the LVCC expansions.
